Senior BI Analyst
will support our ICF’s Health Engineering Solutions (HES) CMS client team. The Senior BI Analyst will be a part of a strong analytics team and will work closely with a cross-functional group of program implementation, IT, and reporting personnel. This position will be responsible for data analysis to provide actionable insights to the client.Key Responsibilities:Analyze complex healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Microstrategy, Power BI, AWS Quicksight, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.Design and implement data models, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.Conduct data validation, data cleansing, and data profiling to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Qualifications:8+ years of experience as a BI Analyst and a bachelor's degree (preferred in computer science, data science, math or equivalent) or a master's degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience.5+ years of experience with business intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.2 years’ experience with SQL and other database management systems.1-year proven ability to work with large and complex data sets.Candidate must reside in the US.Candidate must have lived and worked in the US for 3 of the last 5 years.Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.Professional Skills:Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work and tasks.Flexibility and adaptability to respond to new information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles.Interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Preferred Skills:Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, utilizing tools such as AWS Glue, Pentato, Microsoft SSIS, Informatica, etc.Experience working in the healthcare industry.Federal Government contracting work experience.Prior experience working remotely full-time.Working at ICF:ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.
