Data Analyst - Databricks

We’re looking for a Data Analyst focused on working with Databricks who enjoys collaborating with clients and wants to help deliver an enhanced customer analytics experience.

In this role, you will need to work on technical efforts related to DataBricks, Unity Catalog, and Cloud Sourcing for governance. Additionally, you will need to support implementation of data governance architecture and strategy. As the Postal service’s technology continues to evolve, and our approach to data governance continues to mature, the candidate would also need to be comfortable in a fast-moving work environment that requires learning of new tools and an ability to learn integration of new technologies.

This role will support our client based in Fairfax, VA but can be based 100% remote.

What we need you to have:

3+ years of experience in a business or data analyst role.1 year of experience working with Databricks.

What We Would Like You To Have

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline) is preferred.Experience working with Informatica, Unity Catalog, and Data Governance.Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills.Experience using software tools like SharePoint, TEAMS, or similar systems.Experience maintaining and rapidly producing regular reporting deliverables for a variety of audiences.Experience with designing and generating reports that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics.Exposure to Databricks platform.Ability to exercise independent judgment while effectively prioritizing and executing tasks while under pressure.Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range

There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$69,862.00 - $118,765.00
