to join their team. Salary Range:
$200,000 - $225,000 / year DOE + bonus structure
Senior Probate Litigation Attorney Requirements
5+ years of litigation experience in probate, trust, and estate law - 10+ years is preferredProven ability to manage probate and trust litigation cases from start to finishCalifornia Bar license is requiredJuris Doctor (JD) degreeTrial experience, including in-person probate court appearancesStrong legal writing and communication skillsExperience in drafting petitions for probate and law in motionProficient in using Adobe, Microsoft Word, and office management software like Cleo or Law MadixAbility to work independently with minimal supportSenior Probate Litigation Attorney Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of probate, trust, and estate litigation mattersHandle cases from initial filing through to resolution, including court appearancesDevelop case strategy and oversee all aspects of litigationDraft high-level legal documents, including motions and petitionsConduct depositions, engage in discovery, and law in motionCollaborate with partners and support staff to ensure high-quality case managementEngage with clients, offering updates and clear communication throughout the processAttend trials and present cases in probate courtBenefits
