to join our Marketing Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing reports to support strategic decision-making and optimize marketing performance. The

role requires a strong understanding of marketing metrics and reporting tools, and a can-do, proactive approach to the role.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing reports and dashboards using tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.Monitor and report on key marketing metrics such as leads, opportunities, conversion rates, deal velocity and win rate.Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing and validating data sources.Support the reporting needs of various disciplines/teams within the Marketing Team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis.Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and compelling manner for senior management and stakeholders.Identify trends and patterns in marketing data to inform strategy and tactical decisions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related fieldMinimum of three (3) years of experience in Marketing Operations, analytics, reporting, or a similar role.Proficiency in using marketing, visualization, and data analytics tools: Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics required; Tableau, a plus.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.High proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and other data visualization tools.Located in the Denver metro areaBase Salary Range:
