They will assist with cash flow analytics, bank account management, process automation, data and systems management, and data driven financial analysis and risk assessment. Requirements include an understanding of treasury or finance, as well as project management, basic coding experience, exceptional analytical skills, and ability to articulate findings effectively.Primary ResponsibilitiesCreate systems and processes to increase efficiencies in a large scale, high-volume treasury departmentMaintain data within a Treasury Management SystemAnalyze data related to bank accounts, cash flows and cash management, merchant fees, and bank transactionsDrive optimal cash flow structuring to lower costsAssist in developing and implementing internal control policies and proceduresReview existing processes and recommend improvementsTroubleshoot tools supporting daily cash and capital management processesCoordinate with manager & stakeholders to complete process improvement projects in a timely mannerJob SpecificationsStrong interpersonal skills and proactive problem solvingFamiliarity with treasury, payments, banking, or related softwareExpertise with core data management principlesExperience in process improvement projects, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with various stakeholdersSome technical knowledge in Power BI, VBA Excel, and/or similar data visualization or coding languagesModerate to advanced computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree2-4 plus years working in Information Technology and/or Data Analytics.
