will provide expert advice and support services in IT security and business technologies, in connection with the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic (SWFLANT) Support Services effort.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, prepare, and test all new Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and SPK-specific applications prior to implementation.Fully document SPK-supported configurations including drivers, revision levels, configuration, and script files.Utilize Knowledge Management, Business Intelligence, and Content Management best practices in business process automation, meta-data, storage, and search taxonomy to better support the end user and utilize current enabling technologies.Test, troubleshoot, and document proposed new configurations, scripts, software, systems, and network connectivity options before they are introduced into the SPK environment.Maintain a current list of all software (including contractor-developed software) and associated license information. The completed list shall be provided to SPK16 and ISSM/IAM.Install and configure application software in response to SPK Help Desk requests.Provide support for all in-house contractor-developed software.Maintain existing front-end and back-end applications using object-oriented, waterfall, and agile methodologies.Support and maintain MSSQL Server database applications.Customize SWFLANT-approved COTS software and assist or provide users with local application requirements approved by SWFLANT.Support SPK web-based applications and programs.Analyze user and business application requirements, document those requirements, and provide SharePoint integration plans/strategies.Analyze, test, and prepare web-based solutions for the SP, SWFLANT, and SPK community.Create, update, and maintain a set of intranet-available forms to be used to submit and monitor Helpdesk service requests.Prepare and maintain an online information policies and procedures manual to support the KMS.Coordinate information-sharing initiatives, best practices, and workshops and employ KM and BI best practices.Train and assist SWFLANT personnel in preparing, retrieving, or modifying data residing in the KMS.Prepare, implement, and maintain a Microsoft Office SharePoint and SharePoint Services KMS.Create, update, and maintain web-available information resources.Maintain links to external websites.Install, configure, Operate, and maintain SWFLANT websites to support the business requirements of SWFLANT personnel.Support and maintain SharePoint 2010/2016 websites, and content.Research, develop, and test web-based solutions for the SWFLANT community.Analyze and document user and business application requirements.Provide full SDLC support to include documentation, implementation, and user assistance.Coordinate with the network team with managing the following core service applications: (SQL, SharePoint), and maintain maintenance/change logs.Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar discipline.Minimum of 5 years of work experience in one or more of the following or related fields:SharePoint developmentTransactional SQLMSSQL Server RDBMSCyber Security Workforce required security and operating system certification, or Government equivalent must be attained within six months of the contract award date for existing personnel or six months from the hire date for new personnel.Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License.Must have a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Must have the ability to obtain certification requirements, including classes, credentialing, and continual certification as required (minimum level of Cybersecurity (CS) Category Code: 40, Specialty Area Code:45, Proficiency Level: Intermediate/Journeyman, per SECNAV M-5239.2, and IT Position Level IT-1, per SECNAV M-5510.30).Possess at least two years of experience with the call tracking system software (currently HEAT Service and Client Management System).Deep understanding of RDBMS concepts applicable in MSSQL Server and SharePoint 2010.Proficient in:.NET (VB and C#), ASPX, HTML, SOAP, CAML, JavaScript, T-SQL, XML, and RESTful communications.Active Directory scripting through C# or Powershell.Network resource scripting through C# or Powershell.Managing user profiles in SQL Server 2008 R2.Utilizing SQL Server Management Studio.Must be well organized, and an effective communicator at multiple levels and able to grasp system concepts and communicate their applications.Must be capable of quickly learning new systems and associated software applications for proficient execution of tasks.Must be capable of managing multiple tasks with time-related constraints in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel up to 10% as requested.
