Baptist Health is hiring a Risk Manager II to join the Risk Management team. This is a full-time opportunity located at both Baptist Beaches and Baptist Nassau.Responsibilities:Manages the daily Risk Management activities of assigned areas to include incident management and claims management to decrease financial loss and enhance patient safety and quality of care.Collaborates with employees to identify and implement risk reduction strategies to enhance patient safety and quality care.Is responsible for compliance with state and federal reporting requirements to ensure that their Risk Management Program is in compliance with state and federal laws.Minimum Requirements:Registered Nurse License required.Education Required

Bachelor's DegreeEducation Preferred

Master's DegreeExperience

3-5 Years Risk Management Experience Preferred3-5 Years Experience working in a health care setting PreferredLicense and Certification
