The Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Manager is responsible for overseeing and conducting financial due diligence engagements with a focus on evaluating the quality of a company's earnings. This role involves analyzing financial statements, identifying key financial trends, and providing insights that inform transaction decisions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The TAS Manager works closely with clients, internal teams, and other advisors to ensure accurate, thorough, and reliable financial analysis.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage transaction advisory engagements, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, M&A advisory, and financial modelingConduct comprehensive financial due diligence, analyzing historical financial performance, and assessing future financial projectionsAnalyze revenue recognition, expense matching, working capital trends, and other key financial metricsIdentify and quantify non-recurring, non-operational, or other unusual items impacting earningsPrepare detailed quality of earnings reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendationsPrepare detailed financial reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations for clientsDevelop financial models to support valuation, pricing, and other transaction-related analysesCoordinate with clients, other advisors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless transaction processesStay up to date with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and industry trendsAdvise clients on the implications of regulatory changes on their transactionsCommunicate complex financial concepts and findings clearly and effectively to clientsIdentify opportunities to expand transaction services within existing and new client relationshipsMinimum Requirements:
