Technical Solution Architect – Infor

Lead business transformation initiatives using web, mobile apps, BI tools, and various Infor ERP and non-Infor add-on products.Drive implementation, integration, and development of Infor CRM, Infor ION, Infor OS, Infor Factory Track, Infor CSI/Syteline, and more.Perform EDI and ETL transformations, identify improvement areas, and implement measures to meet business objectives.Provide expertise in functional and technical solution architecture, customization, implementation, and support.Manage business requirements, including ERP and CRM implementation, customization, analytics, ETL operations, mobile apps, web portals, and reports.Understand business issues and data challenges, identify strengths, weaknesses, and suggest areas of improvement.Deliver post-implementation support, enhancements, and maintenance to ensure application reliability.Collaborate with end users to understand recurring issues and gather new requirements.Work closely with development teams to ensure timely project delivery, maintain quality standards and adhering to project timelines.Provide project deadlines and work with the team to meet them within quality and budget constraints.Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of techno-functional in ERP and Business Applications.In-depth knowledge and implementation experience of Infor Enterprise Solutions, including Infor Syteline/CSI, Infor CRM, Infor Mongoose, Infor Factory Track, Infor Supplier Exchange.Strong integration skills in Infor OS, Infor ION workflow, ION API, and customized BOD/BDE.Strong understanding of EDI messages (EDIFACT, ANSI/X12, XML, IDOC, FLAT FILE, CIDX)Additional expertise in following would be added advantage:
Experience in business intelligence and analytics tools like Infor BIRST, Power BI, SQL Server BI (SSIS, SSAS, SSRSProficient in databases like FoxPro, MS-Access, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB and DB2.Familiarity with Web and mobile development platforms such as .NET, React, Flutter, MVC.Knowledge of any other ERP Like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft
