As a Sr. Client Partner within the Total Wireless Exclusive Retail team, you will be responsible for providing critical support in driving sales and distribution growth for the Direct Retail Partners while building relationships with their executive leadership principals. Your role will require a high degree of collaboration across leadership, with key responsibilities to include:Serves as primary interface for Total Wireless Direct Retail Partners.Develop and strengthen relationships, translating Agent feedback & concerns internally.Identify opportunities and lead account strategy and planning discussions with Direct Retail Partners.Drive and influence Direct Retail Partners distribution growth strategy for TW Retail.Work closely with channel leadership in the consumer experience, sales, and analytics organizations.Producing and presenting creative, compelling proposals and business reviews.Assessing performance of each agent and retailer and developing tailored plans to improve productivity.Measuring and monitoring KPIs for your respective Indirect Partners.In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).You'll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.Six or more years of relevant work experience.Experience in channel management, indirect channel, and/or direct retail partners.Willingness to travel, approximately up to 50% or less.Even better if you have:

An MBA, or an M.S. in related fields.Two or more years of Indirect channel experience.Exceptional PP/Google Slide creation for executive presentations.Understanding of organizational objectives, functions, and motivations.Understanding of key financial concepts relevant to Verizon business performance.Demonstrate ability to work with, understand, and manage analytics data and reporting tools.Project management experience.The ability to solve complex problems creatively.Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum of eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.Scheduled Weekly Hours
