Time Type: Full Time

The Order Management team is responsible for managing the flow of incoming orders, validating purchase orders, verifying accuracy, and resolving inconsistencies. Processes communication across teams internally, external Clients and Shippers.

Accountable for supervising the daily operations of the Plant Management team and managing the activities within defined standards, to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Oversee the workflow, compile reports and audit data quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure orders are processed timely and accuratelyAssist with determining shipping instructions based on contracted terms, SOPs, and delivery requirementsMonitor mailboxes and communication flows for swift follow upRun reports to identify data quality errors and implement corrective actionsAct as the main point of contact for onboarding new SuppliersCollate data for analytics and dashboard reportingAddress all employee performance problems promptly and directly in accordance with personnel policies

EXPERIENCE:

2yr+ logistics background with good understanding of transportation modes and worldwide locations1yr+ Supervisor / Team Lead experienceIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel -Pivots)

For this position, the expected base pay is:

$78,000

$117,500 / Annual.

Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, geographical location, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
