Description
Assesses, plans and implements pediatric Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family. Assists in direct patient care. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with standards and guidelines established by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Hours: Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Day Shift, Hours Per Week are as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree: Physical Therapy or Master's Degree: Physical Therapy or D.O: Physical TherapyUpon hire: Alaska Physical Therapist LicenseUpon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart AssociationExperience and credentials in pediatrics.
