Job Responsibilities
5-10 Years of experience working on Commercial ProjectsKnowledge of current market pricing / unit pricingAbility to Lead, Create and Complete Entire Project EstimatesAbility to research specified materials related to the project and find alternatives as requiredAbility to develop Value Engineering Ideas and associated costs.Ability to develop preliminary preconstruction schedulesUnderstanding of Project Staffing and General Condition RequirementsStrong Owner and Architect RelationshipsStrong Subcontractor RelationshipsAbility to complete detailed On-Screen TakeoffSet up qualified Subcontractor Bid Lists and willing to call the subs and get them to bidAnalyzing Bids and ScopesPreparation of presentation documentsAbility to present cost information to a client in a professional mannerReview / Analyze and Correct Other’s estimates.Compensation range:
$110K - $120K, Dependent on Experience
