Qualifications

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with a concentration in computer science. Relevant certifications include Professional Software Engineering Master (PSEM)/Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) or vendor/platform specific certifications such as Microsoft role-based certifications, Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Red Hat Certification Program (RHCP), CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CISCO Certified Design Professional (CCDP), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), VMWare Certified Professional (VCP), Cloud certifications, etc.

Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) qualified within 9 months.

Ten (10) years of experience with a Master's degree or fourteen (14) years with a Bachelor’s degree in computer design, software development, or computer networks.

Five (5) years of technical experience in support of TACNET or other Navy C4I systems. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
