The Role:

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement IT infrastructure solutions, both on-premises and in the cloud, that align with business goals and objectives.Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT Infrastructure team and other stakeholders on best practices, standards, and architectures for IT infrastructure systems, computer networks, and cloud services.Collaborate with other Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Developers to ensure IT infrastructure solutions are aligned with the enterprise architecture vision and principles.

Day to Day:

Define, design, and document IT infrastructure architectures for current and future state scenarios, considering scalability, performance, security, reliability, and availability.Develop and maintain IT infrastructure roadmaps, blueprints, standards, policies, and guidelines.Evaluate and recommend IT infrastructure technologies, tools, and vendors, and conduct proof of concepts and pilots.Provide technical leadership and oversight for IT infrastructure projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to architectures and best practices.Conduct IT infrastructure assessments, gap analysis, and risk assessments, and provide mitigation strategies and solutions.Communicate and present IT infrastructure architectures and solutions to various stakeholders, including senior management, business users, and technical teams.Provide technical mentoring and coaching to the IT Infrastructure team and other IT staff.Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in IT infrastructure, computer networks, and cloud services.

Come on your first day with:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, development, and implementation, with at least 5 years in an Enterprise Architect role.Expert knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure systems, computer networks, and cloud services.Strong knowledge and experience in enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools.Strong knowledge and experience in IT service management frameworks.Strong knowledge and experience in IT governance, compliance, and risk management.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills.Certifications in IT infrastructure, computer networks, or cloud services are preferred.

Base salary range:

$128,200.00-$189,600.00 per year, depending on qualifications
