JOB DESCRIPTION
- Overall experience 12+ with a minimum of 8+ in PEGA.
- Must have 3+ years experience as a certified Lead System Architect.
- Must be hands-on with V7+ to be part of development activities.
- Must have extensive working experience on connectors, services, data pages, all declarative rules, agents, security rules, reporting, and PEGA unit testing.
- Working experience in PEGA UI.
- Working experience in handling incidents and debugging tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multiple cross-functional teams and with multivendor to ensure project timelines are met.
- Experience in CI/CD setup on PEGA platforms.
- Good understanding of other infrastructural components like application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere), databases (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL), and load balancers.
- Good communication and presentation skills to communicate with stakeholders.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
- Overall 6+ years of experience with a minimum of 4+ in PEGA.
- Good knowledge of PEGA UI skills, implemented Harness, CSS, Skin Rules, etc.
- Experience in troubleshooting & performance tuning of PRPC applications using Clipboard, Tracer, Log Analyzer, and Performance Analyzer (PAL).
- Extensive debugging skills in PRPC using TRACER, Clipboard, PAL, and Rule Inspector.
- Worked on Integration (SOAP, SQL) with PRPC support in both development and maintenance.
