Radiologic Technologist-Part time

As a Radiologic Technologist, you are responsible for getting clear imaging results, which requires proper use of the equipment and keeping patients calm and informed throughout the x-ray procedure. You must comply with the safety regulations involving the use of radiation to protect yourself, patients, and other staff members from over-exposure to radiation.Responsibilities Include:Travel to various healthcare facilities in the area, operating company-owned vehiclesPerform diagnostic and radiographic exams using portable x-ray equipmentReview images to ensure qualityPerform electrocardiograms using portable ECG equipmentGather and complete appropriate paperworkAdhere to policies and procedures for daily operationsMonitor equipment performance and take appropriate measures to resolve problemsReview and ensure exams are high quality and available for interpretation in a timely fashionConsistently demonstrate effective communication, both written and verbal, with all technologists, staff, and management teamsPerform all duties as assigned or required to ensure efficiency and provide quality patient careSkills / Requirements:Certificate or Associate’s degree from an accredited school of radiologyState certification & ARRT license requiredValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to work independentlyAbility to work in a fast-paced healthcare environmentBenefits:Competitive Compensation
