WhirlWind Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager who will oversee the management of overall contract and contractor staff.Duties include but are not limited to:

Provides oversight of all aspects of field and/or task-level project performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial).Will support multiple projects simultaneously.Supervises personnel involved in all aspects of project activity, organizes, and assigns responsibilities to subordinates, oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and maintains customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations.Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Recommends action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.Exercises independent judgment and a high-level of analytical skill in solving non-routine technical, administrative, and managerial problems.Education

Minimum BS/BA degree in related field (or equivalent years of experience).PMI Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification required.ITIL version 3 or 4 certification preferred.Requirements

Minimum 8 years of related experience, 4 of which must be in a supervisory role.Work with Leadership and Federal Staff to validate and determine IT plans.Monitor departmental goals and initiatives.Work with contractor employees to establish lifecycle replacement plans for TCO managed hardware, software, and networking equipment.Work with contractor employees to track projects, task completion, and deliverables via, Weekly, biweekly, and monthly reporting.Ensure that the employees are adhering to all federal and agency policy and procedures.Ensure that employees are maintaining necessary training to support Census Systems and emerging technologies.
