Job Summary & Introduction:
Seeking new team members to keep buildings leak-free and watertight in the greater Sarasota Area! We are looking for you to join our Team in Southwest Gulf Coast of Florida.
McEnany Roofing is a healthy and growing commercial/industrial Florida state certified roofing contractor. We’re committed to providing long term roof asset protection to property owners and investors. Our clients partner with McEnany Roofing because of our track record, people, and comprehensive approach to each project. We use premium roofing materials that are time-tested such as KEE, PVC, SBS, and APP membranes. We have in-house sheet-metal fabrication and welding services for timely delivery and custom fabrications.

We have a trusted foundation in our Tampa and Lake Alfred/Orlando offices with multiple team members surpassing 20+ years of service. Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled
Senior Project Estimator
that has experience with commercial flat roof replacements, installations, and roof repairs. This includes photo documentation, measuring accurately, and providing real solutions of long-term proactive roofing solutions for customers. This position is not limited to large scale production projects. When you are not pursuing existing or new clients' roof replacement needs, you will be actively engaging with potential prospective clients to further develop our presence in the market.
Experience in this position is required; however, a qualified applicant with the necessary hands-on roofing experience will be considered for this position.
Title, Roles, and Duties: Senior Project Estimator
Communicate effectively with customers internally and externally.
Be on time physically and mentally.
Generate and organize accurate and proficient estimates that fit the clients' needs and our work mix.
Establish a comprehensive Scope of Work for execution.
Plan, organize, and maintain proposals utilizing FCS and The EDGE.
Review Job Progress and communicate with Project Team.
Be proactive and plan, don’t wait to react.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $87,750 - $104,250 per year or based on experience.
