This position will initially be based in the ITC – Jersey City, NJ office, located at 111 Town Square Place, with the understanding that this office and your position will be relocating to our Hudson Yards – New York office in the future, timing to be confirmed.

Reporting into Global Deputy General Manager

Global Digital team is responsible for Digital consumer experiences & defining E-Business strategy driving across all e-comm platforms. We are in contact with zone & countries to understand the digital & E-business needs and monitoring the Digital business to optimize it. We are responsible for Digital insights, Digital launch & animation Content, testing, UXUI, Beauty Tech services, CRM, & SEO. We work closely with Marketing and Creative team to support with delivery of ECOM & Digital assets for launches on drive timeline & exploring with education & Visual Merchandising team to maximize product potentials and O+O experiences.

What you will do:

CREATE THE VISION AND DIGITAL STRATEGY FOR GLOBAL IT COSMETICS

Master in digital KPIs to understand in a global level of the needs and opportunity to drive for E-business.

Regular exchange communication with countries to understand execution details of the e-business needs.

Establish digital roadmap with clear and prioritize digital projects as DMI.

Regular exchange & communication with Luxe CDMO committee, LUSA CDMO team to seek for best solution and best practices.

2 time a year drive meeting to share on the digital roadmap, prioritize, & digital projects to have their feedbacks to provide a clear strategy and frame.

DEVELOP A SEAMLESS DIGITAL JOURNEY SOLUTION, OBSESSED WITH DIGITAL EXCELLENCE FOR IT COSMETICS

Accountable for all look & feels of digital channels and content consistency; also work closely with division/ zone/ countries to understand the needs to deliver the excellence of content.

Responsible for digital brief on all digital/ PDP contents which fits with launch concept from GM team and driving for conversion.

Driving with GM team to secure PDP/ Digital content drive timeline (i.e., digital asset list, quarterly shoot)

Responsible and lead the always on digital content needs: focusing on core SKU, links-ales, to drive for high AOV and fulfill E-com moments need.

Elevating the digital user experiences: development of beauty tech, loyalty program, UXUI, CRM journey

Potentialized and elevating AI opportunities to driving ITC cosmetics be competitive in the digital environment: VITIZ, VIDMOB, Writer AI, Digital Twin projects.

SUPPORT WITH COUNTRIES FOR DIGITAL & MEDIA ACTIVATION

Defining digital channel strategy in a global level, work with with zone & countries and support and prioritize.

Providing A&P and media guideline in a global level during budget timing, and work with global marketing & CE team for each launch to align on the asset usage priorities.

Work directly with digital channel lead in drive country understand the business performance and needs.

Key watch for the market & search trend by channels to be able to share with global marketing team.

DEVELOP GLOBAL ITC TEAM TO DRIVE FOR DIGITAL EXCELLENCY & ACCELERATING E-BUSINESS

Upscaling the global DMI team through hosting and sharing sections meetings.

Sharing interesting and latest digital / AI tools with internal DMI team (ie. VIDMOB, Consumer Loops)

Sharing the knowledge and best practices for the CDMO / zone/ countries to infuse global creation to be up to the competition. (ie. Content that Wins)

Qualifications Include:

Must have knowledge of Global Digital Business Model

Mastering in digital Content Needs & Activation Strategy (including Media)

Must have great team spirit and good communication skills

Understand Global Competitive Environment & Market Insight

Great knowledge of Global/Local Market & Consumer Needs

Have experiences with Loyalty & CRM Expertise of Execution

Have the leadership experiences with the team more than 3 people

Additional Benefits Information as Follows:

Salary Range: $144,800-$210,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)

Access to other incentive programs such as Bonus, Profit Sharing, etc. All subject to Group’s approval and discretion
