licensed RN , the
graduate nurse
is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients during a shift and prioritizing the delivery of care using time and resources efficiently integrating an evidence and standards based framework model.QualificationsEducation:Essential:Associates in Nursing or Bachelors of Science in NursingCredentials:Essential:* Graduate Permit (Nurse)Other information:*Permit to practice at the specific PHS facility is completed and approved by the NMBON*Permits to practice are valid until the NCLEX examination are disseminated but not to exceed the expiration date on the permit*Under the direct supervision of a licensed RN who is physically in the same facility and/or on the same unit who can observe, direct, and evaluate the performance of the GNBLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire.Learn more about our employee benefits.About Presbyterian Healthcare ServicesPresbyterian exists to improve the health of patients, members and the communities we serve.
