Archon Resources is currently looking for a Service Center Delivery Manager to join one of our best clients located in Tulsa, OK. This is a CTH position with the potential of full benefits including medical, vision, dental, PTO, & 401k.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective delivery of IT services and solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing service delivery operations, fostering client relationships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Service Delivery Management:Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and contract requirements.Coordinate and manage the implementation of new services, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to client operations.Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related issues and inquiries.Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery.Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of service-related issues.

Operational Excellence:Develop and implement best practices and processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, project management, and support teams, to ensure the successful delivery of services.Manage service delivery budgets and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of service delivery professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, driving accountability and excellence in service delivery.

Continuous Improvement:Analyze service delivery metrics and client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.Drive initiatives for process improvement and innovation to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL) preferred.Proven experience in service delivery management, with a strong understanding of IT services and solutions.Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in service management tools and software.
