Design and integrate various functions of network and telecommunications equipment into functional systems using international, U.S., and military standards. Document equipment layout, taking into account power, cooling, security and functionality. Perform end-to-end systems testing. Understand and integrate Agency serial and IP encryptors into networks and systems. Understand emerging telecommunications trends and technologies and implement new technologies as appropriate. Integrate appropriate installation hardware such as equipment racks and necessary cabling.

Manage the overall operational health of a customer networkSupport the design and infrastructure of the network with a future overhaul plannedThorough knowledge of Secure the Enterprise (STE)/Secure the Network (STN), Risk Management Framework (RMF) to ensure system complianceExperience as a System Administrator, and with containerizationAbility to be a self-starter and to lead technical efforts across organizationsRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 8-years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 6-years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 10-years of relevant experience, or high school diploma/GED plus 12-years of relevant experience may be considered.Degree must be in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance and/or systems engineering. Additionally, must have experience in network or system administration.TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.Required Technical Skills

Experience with Linux and Windows operating systemsExperience with Docker and KubernetesDesired Technical Skills
