Your JobThe Application Systems Analyst role within Koch offers a great opportunity to be part of the HR Technology team. The HR Technology team is a global team working on projects, problems and/or system enhancement in a complex HR environment. The Application Systems Analyst is part of the Talent Product Team focusing on the Avature platform. This person will partner with various teams within IT and HR Solutions to investigate, analyze, review, configure, document business requirements, and create solutions.Our TeamThe Talent Product Team is part of HR Technology supporting internal recruiting systems and customers. The team works effectively and efficiently to achieve common goals using Agile methodologies.What You Will DoPerform system maintenance and configuration in Avature and its associated products.Utilize knowledge of talent management systems and business processes to provide internal customers with support as well as suggestions on how to best utilize the systems to meet business needs.Research, identify, and resolve escalated end-user issues, systems discrepancies, and partner with vendor support to track and escalate issues as needed.Work effectively with others to achieve common goals and respond positively to situations and feedback.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience supporting talent management systems or other HR applications.Experience engaging with customers through soliciting, capturing, and critically thinking through requirements.Strong communication, collaboration, & customer focus skills.Integrate effectively with a cross-functional team to execute product or project deliverables in a timely manner.What Will Put You AheadExperience supporting Avature, and other HR Technology such as Taleo, Infor TA/HCM, SAP, or Dayforce.Experience working with Human Resources systems and processes.Working knowledge of software development life cycle (i.e., requirements analysis, design, construction, testing, and deployment).At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
