Your JobThe Regional Integration Leader is accountable for supporting key transformation initiatives and driving effective change integration across building products facilities within Georgia-Pacific. This role will work directly with both leadership and project execution teams at the regional and facility levels to successfully deploy initiatives and monitor long-term success. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in change management processes and practices with a proven ability to influence leaders and stakeholders.This opening is remote based with up to 50% travel involved.Our TeamThis leader is a member of the Mill Service Delivery team within the Manufacturing Transformation organization at Georgia-Pacific. This is a geographically distributed team that works collaboratively with regional and facility leadership teams.What You Will DoDrive execution of change management strategies, assisting both project teams and leadership to ensure the desired changes and outcomes are achieved and sustained:Lead operational process-mapping efforts across various workstreams supporting facility operations.Build and maintain scalable change and communication engagement network necessary to execute work.Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish clear accountability on initial and long-term adoption plans.Partner with executing resources to develop project plans from inception through implementation.Champion Mill Service Delivery model throughout execution:Foster and reinforce a "shared-fate" mindset across teams.Drive engagement with key stakeholders throughout implementation.Coordinate change efforts across operations and capabilities at the regional and facility levels.Work directly with site points of contact on change-related activities, including sharing information, gathering feedback, problem solving, and escalating issues as needed.Ensure continuous feedback loops cascade between operations and capabilities.Oversee pain point identification and escalation, resolving gaps timely.Accelerate speed to value capture for significant change initiatives:Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience leading and influencing organizational change initiatives across multiple facilities.What Will Put You AheadExperience implementing enterprise-wide change initiatives.For this role, we anticipate paying $100k- $140k per year.
