For more information, visitTricon Residential.Job DescriptionThis Business Analyst, IT will be responsible for working collaboratively with the business operations to identify opportunities to design, develop, and deliver custom solutions that solve complex business challenges. This role requires the ability to work across all levels of the organization providing insight and guidance that will ensure value add solutions are planned and executed to optimize results and improve efficiencies.
Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, resolve business needsGather, analyze and document business andfunctional requirements from business usersInterpreting business needs, creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, identifying opportunities and providing solutions for the businessEffectively present and communicate recommendations based on solid business rationaleDeliver timely work products and results through the course of a project life cycleCompile tasks and estimates and provide reporting of project to stakeholdersPerforms UAT testing and other validation tasks for systems used at the companyPrepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trendsQualifications:Highly organized with great attention to detailStrong project management capabilityRemain resilient in the face of ambiguity and be able to effectively prioritize work loadProven experience in gathering requirements and testingExperience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualizations techniques and toolsProven experience in IT infrastructure planning and developmentDemonstrate a desire and commitment to continuously improve skills by taking advantage of learning opportunities providedMinimum Requirements:BA/BS or combination of industry certifications and equivalent related work experience of 5 years or moreStrong technical knowledgeStrong understanding of project management principlesDemonstrate a commitment to supporting company's ethics and valuesAt Tricon, we are committed to creating a workplace where every individual is valued for their unique contributions, experiences, voices, and backgrounds.
