We are seeking a forward-thinking Director of Surgical Services to lead a well-established team in a community-based healthcare system. Are you ready to bring a fresh perspective to this organization?
This role oversees 5+ ORs, along with Endo, Central Sterile, and PACU. Surgeries including General, Orthopedics, Total Joint Replacement, Urology, and more.
Initiatives Include:
Managing block scheduling
Adapting to higher volumes
Improving communication with physicians
Transition from paper-based processes
Survey readiness
Requirements:
RN required, BSN and Master’s preferred.
3+ years of leadership experience in Surgical Services/Periop.
The position offers a competitive salary, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
