Right now is an exciting time to join the organization with a new ambulatory care center being built adjacent to the hospital! The CEO is progressive and wants leaders with innovative ideas that can help continue the growth of the hospital and maintain excellent standards of care. They have a fantastic CNO who has been with the system for 18 years!

The Director of Perioperative Services will have oversight of the Main OR, Pre-Op, PACU, and Endo. This campus has four ORs and in 2025, they are going to expand to six ORs total. In terms of cases, their volume is 20% up from last year, with a total of 3780 cases so far. This Director will have 90 FTEs, two managers, and report up the CNO. The CNO is looking for someone that is patient and people centric, while being business minded at the same time. Due to their rapid growth, someone who is strong in building physician relationships, block scheduling, and optimization.

Salary Range for Perm: The salary midpoint for this role is 160k based on years of experience, education, and prior scope of work.

Requirements:

RN, BSN Required, Masters Preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of Surgical Services experience required, four of those years being in clinical nurse leadership over the Main OR.

Director level experience required.
