When you join the Global Technology organization at Prudential, you'll unlock an exciting and impactful career all while growing your skills and advancing your profession at one of the world's leading financial services institutions.Your Team:As a Lead, Scrum Master on the Platform Enablement Journey, you will join a team of change agents responsible for coaching, teaching, and guiding individuals, bringing agile principles, practices, and frameworks to solve sophisticated business problems and deploy innovative products, services, and experiences to delight our customers! You will partner with product owners, tech leads, designers, engineers, and delivery professionals to improve the USB (US Business) Platform Cloud Services.Typical Day Responsibilities:Collaborate with product owners in understanding needs and defining feature stories.Work with tech leads in defining technical design and other team members to understand the system end-to-end.Bring a strong understanding of relevant and emerging technologies to coach team members.Ensure the team(s) lives Agile values and principles and follows agreed-upon processes.Promote and support Agile principles.Act as a servant leader for the team(s) and larger organization.Support risk management and impediment resolution.Provide formal people leadership for a highly talented team.Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.The Skills & Expertise You Bring:Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer.Ability to coach others with minimal guidance.Experience with agile development methodologies.Knowledge of business concepts for sound decision-making.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Advanced experience with Agile principles and frameworks.Proven capabilities in delivery, reporting, metrics, and Agile toolchains (Jira, Miro, etc.).Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.Exceptional communication and analytical skills.Experience using Power BI or similar tools strongly preferred.Scrum Master certification a plus.You’ll Love Working Here Because You Can:Join a team and culture where your voice matters; where your work transforms experiences to make lives better.
