Responsibilities:Preparation of cash receipt processing and daily bank analysisSupport the month end close process by preparing journal entries for various transactions, reviewing GL detail, and understanding of impact of transactions to reportsUnderstanding of GL processes and preparing account reconciliation for various asset and liability accounts to include cash, fixed assets, prepaid assets, and payroll liabilities and othersCollaborate with others within the team and the larger finance organization on special projectsIdentify potential areas of improvement and work with the team to create solutionsProvide support for audit activities to include pulling data and reportsQualifications
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experienceExperience in Microsoft Excel1 - 2 years of experiencePreferred Qualifications:Deltek Costpoint or Unanet accounting system experienceExperience in accounting related position in government contractingAbout Empower AI
