Finance lead for the Institutional Trust & Custody business line, a leading provider of investment solutions for a wide range of institutional investors. Lead monthly forecast and annual plan processes, provide financial analysis, business case development and consulting for all levels of management. Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and analysis based on key business drivers. Provide financial insight to support key growth strategies. Leverage a shared resource team effectively align workloads. Support strategic projects, financial consolidation and capital expenditures for the combined Asset Management and Institutional Trust & Custody business line.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experienceTypically eight or more years of planning and analysis experiencePreferred qualifications:Well-developed financial analysis, forecasting and planning skillsExcellent written and oral presentation and communication skillsAbility to streamline processes, manage multiple priorities, coordinate resources, and drive projects to completion.Extensive knowledge of financial analysis concepts and methodologiesStrong technical skills related to data mining and visualization toolsMaster’s degree preferred*This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.Benefits:Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
