The COB Hollo School of Real Estate at Florida International University is seeking adjunct lecturers to teach undergraduate Real Estate courses. This is a part-time, course-by-course, and semester-by-semester position, depending on departmental teaching needs. Opportunities to teach other real estate courses at the undergraduate level are also likely to become available in the future.Instructor will be required to create an academic syllabus for each course taught, but will have access to syllabus and materials used in previous semesters. Instructor will also be required to hold office hours for each course taught.Please note that this pool is open for the 2023-2024 academic year and is reviewed based on departmental needs. Primary Instructor:Earned Master of Science in Real Estate or equivalent.

Secondary Instructor, Course Assistant and Other Instructional:Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or equivalent.

Desired Qualifications

Practical experience in the field of real estate.

Experience in teaching at the University Level is a plus.
