Real Estate Associate Attorney

A law firm is currently seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney for its Chicago office. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience and a strong background in a variety of sophisticated real estate transactions, including joint ventures, fund formations, infrastructure/privatizations, secured financings, and acquisitions/dispositions. The candidate should possess excellent drafting and negotiating skills and have a solid academic background. The Real Estate Associate Attorney will play a pivotal role in handling sophisticated real estate transactions, contributing to joint ventures, fund formations, infrastructure/privatizations, secured financings, and acquisitions/dispositions.
