Senior Associate, Technology is a role that involves taking responsibility for implementing parts of the system architecture using best practices. This will include coding, unit testing, using design patterns, learning new technologies, and becoming an expert in one part of the system. The candidate will also be expected to provide technical leadership, architectural support, and overall solution design support.Qualified applicants must be detail-oriented, result-driven individuals who work well within team environments and have good interpersonal skills, as well as good client interaction skills. Applicants must also be skilled in Microsoft technologies.Qualifications
Responsibilities:Ability to lead a small team of 3 – 5 individuals.Responsible for design and development of the applicationWork with system owners, business owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate a system.Write .Net code based on requirements defined in use cases.Develop Object Oriented code and/or provide maintenance and enhancements using Microsoft technologies.Meet with business and system owners to understand and document desired system requirements and technical specificationsDevelop conceptual and technical design including use of OOA and OOD techniques.Conduct multiple levels of testing including unit, system, integration and performance.Estimate and plan releasesMentor junior team membersRequirements and Experience Guidelines:Minimum 5-6 years of experience in application developmentMinimum 3-4 years of experience using .Net, Core, C#, ASP.Net, WebAPI, MVC, IIS, WCF, REST, JSON, SOAP.Strong SQL and database skills in SQL ServerShould have knowledge on Devops tools and technologiesFamiliarity with concepts related to component driven architecturesIs able to understand notations done in modeling languages (like UML) pertaining to use cases and class diagrams and then write code to implement the same.Good understanding of all parts of Software Engineering (e.g. Requirements, Design, Implementation, Testing)Proven leadership skills to independently manage a track of work with 3 - 5 people, during various phases of the project lifecycleAbility to learn new technologies quicklyEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field requiredAdditional Information
Pay Range: $108,000 - $153,000The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient.
