The Product Implementation Specialist works as part of a team responsible for maintaining the bills of material for the upcoming backlog of chassis to be built at the Kenworth Renton plant. The specialist will review Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and other engineering documents and implement changes to the plants backlog orders. Other duties include reviewing and updating build station assignments to ensure parts flow to the correct plants and locations within plants. The qualified candidate effectively manages multiple work requests and balances competing priorities to complete assigned tasks. This includes identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in day-to-day activities.Job Functions/Responsibilities

Communicate with other PACCAR Production facilities and Vendors as needed to correct part call-out issues and/or implementation timing issues.Identify ECNs and projects affecting plant Resident Engineering groups and communicate impact.Participate in product implementation reviews.Assist in maintaining chassis system status, Bill of Material structuring, build station maintenance and audits.Actively pursue cost reduction opportunities by assisting with data gathering, testing, and implementation of process improvements.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain chassis information in plant databases and communicate changes within the organization.Assist material planning with inventory and part sourcing information as needed.Participate in projects as assigned.Qualifications

Four-year college degree or actively working towards completion of four-year college degree required.Knowledge of material processes helpful.Knowledge of truck components and parts.Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office suite.Diversity
