The Manager of Treasury Management is a key leader in the Treasury Management organization at Simmons Bank. This position will report to the Director of TM sales and will be responsible for leading a specialized team that consists of 2 distinct roles:Treasury Management Portfolio Managers (TMPM): tasked with managing a portfolio of high-value TM client relationships.Associate Treasury Management Officers (ATMO): provides sales-related support to Treasury Management Officers.Essential responsibilities of this position will include recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing team members. This person will need to be familiar with, and reinforce, procedural aspects of commercial relationship management. They will also be tasked with creating and maintaining strategies to improve the client experience for high-value client relationships and establishing practical strategies for sales support functions.The person in this position will have to work with all team members, both operational and frontline, to ensure we are retaining and growing Treasury Management business.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Recruiting, retaining, and managing Treasury Management talent.Treasury Management training.Tracking results and developing action plans for areas and/or people that are not meeting or exceeding goals.Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence and/or journals or government regulations.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and/or legal documents.Ability to write routine reports, procedures, and business correspondence.Ability to respond in writing to customer complaints, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, to customers, clients, and other employees in the organization.Education and/or Experience

BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting.Three years of treasury management experience required.Prior leadership experience is preferred.Computer Skills

MS Office programs.Applicable internal system applications.Other Qualifications
