Jacksonville, FLOverview:Deutsche Bank's legal department is seeking a qualified attorney located in Jacksonville, Florida to support the Bank's Corporate Banking (CB) business, which consists of Cash Management, Trade Finance, as well as Trust & Agency Services and Security Services. Your primary focus will be supporting the Trade Finance and Cash Management businesses with an expectation to support other areas of the Corporate Bank over time. As part of the Corporate Bank legal team, you will provide timely counsel and legal support of domestic and global transactions in a cost-effective manner while owning diverse and complex legal issues that require excellent business judgement.
