Overview

Come join Intuit as an Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) for Consumer Group Product Development (PD) and Platform Product Management (PM) teams. We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way the world does business.

This position will provide high-level administrative assistance to several Directors and their reports in the Consumer Group Product Development organization with a specific focus on Engineering and Platform Product Management. Apply skills and analytical knowledge to perform the more complex duties of the position. Initiate appropriate action to resolve routine to moderately complex problems, escalating issues to management when appropriate. Exercise excellent judgment and handle confidential information appropriately.

This is a hybrid role based in our Mountain View CA HQ or San Diego location, requiring 2-3 days a week in the office. This is not a remote role.

What you'll bring

Must have 5 - 7 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant effectively supporting multiple leaders at one timeProficient in suite of standard office software and operation of office equipment, experience with Google applications (including Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets), as well as Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferredDelivers with high-level of professionalism and qualitySuggests relevant process improvementsSecurity & privacy minded and maintains confidentialityExercises excellent judgment and proven organizational skillsPositive attitude with a willingness to provide the highest levels of internal and external client serviceAbility to handle multiple deadlines with excellent time management and instinct for prioritization, able to switch between detailed work and the bigger pictureAbility to work independently, self-driven and to have a solution-oriented approach, thinking out of the box on problem-solving without instructionAdaptable to ambiguity, different environments, expectations, personalities, and constant changeHighly effective communicator and active listener with ability to tailor style to suit audience, framing and articulating ideas wellProactive with ability to think ahead, identifying and resolve issues before conflict arisesBA or AA preferred. The role requires experience supporting multiple leaders (including team), managing calendars and travel, and handling special projectsSpecial projects for department and/or corporate initiatives coordinated and administered to include, customer interviews, external meetings, and internal meetingsMust have experience working collaboratively with EAs in a ‘cluster’ team environment, providing backup cover as needed for EA partnersBudget administration, maintaining documents, answering inquiries, purchase requisition management, and organizing internal/external eventsEnsure timely responses to all forms of communications on behalf of the managerDepartment budget administration support, including purchase order creation and expense reportsDepartment initiatives and projects tracked, outstanding action item follow-up, and status reports to managerPartner with department EAs on site planning and space arrangements for new hires, Org chart maintenance for functional groupsOrganize social events, offsite planning, network with the groupBuild effective and inclusive relationships with personnel at a variety of levelsSuggest relevant process improvements
