Under moderate supervision of the Finance Manager, performs various financial analyses for Wholesale Distribution. The role will collaborate and provide useful insights to our operational partners to make strategic decisions to impact financial results favorably. In addition, responsibilities include the creation of annual OpEx & CapEx budgets and monthly estimate/forecast OpEx updates for (6 - 10) distribution centers.Support the preparation and presentations of consolidated monthly financial reporting outlining key variancesAbility to forecast operating expenses for balance of year and develop long range plansPrepare financial forecast/estimate updates analyzing risk & opportunitiesHold financial review meetings with operational partners, communicating areas of opportunities and riskCollaborate with operational partners to generate annual OpEx & CapEx budgetsManage and prepare documentation for capital expenditures requestMaintain & prepare monthly organizational reportsBecome a subject matter expert in designated areas assignedWork and build rapport with cross-functional business partners to gather and present key findingsAd hoc analysis reports as neededWhat your background should look like

Requires broad training in fields such as business finance, administration, accountancy, or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.Knowledge of various financial management areas such as financial statement analysis, plan development, productivity and profitability analysis.Understanding of Cencora policies, philosophy, goals and objectives in order to affect financial oversight in protecting the company's assets.Working knowledge of accounting and planning software packages.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writingStrong interpersonal skillsStrong mathematical and analytical skillsStrong organizational skills; attention to detailAbility to follow and interpret profit and loss statementsAbility to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practicesKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, SmartView HyperionWhat Cencora offers
