Summary:Designs, develops, and maintains Summa Health System’s consumer-facing websites using the Sitecore CMS platform, augments using various other coding languages. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consumer engagement experiences, ensuring the website is optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO, and shares security and hosting oversight with IT&S.
Minimum Qualifications:
Formal Education Required:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience & Training Required:Five (5) years of experience in web development, with at least three (3) years specifically in Sitecore CMS. Proven experience in managing complex website projects from conception to completion.
Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and .NET. Strong understanding of SEO principles and web analytics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity.
Level of Physical Demands:Primarily sedentary work; occasional light lifting.
