Lions Children's Hearing and Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT)

Clinic provides compassionate, comprehensive care for children and adolescents with ear, nose and throat disorders, as well as conditions that affect the head and neck. In addition to treatment, we provide support, networking, and community resources for children and families who are affected by hearing loss. Our patients benefit from the knowledge, compassion, and innovation that our care providers bring to their work in the clinic. It's our privilege to help kids of all ages enhance their hearing and ear, nose, throat, so they enjoy the fullest possible quality of life.What you will do:Establish measurable and achievable short- and long-term goals for patients.Implement nursing protocols based on the treatment plan, ensuring continuity of care for patients and providing education to patients and caregiver(s).Evaluate the patient's status and efficiency of the nursing care and modify the care plan as needed.Help provide healthcare access through nurse visits and management of in-basket tasks (phone messages, MyChart communication, refill requests, results).Provide safe and timely telephonic triage for symptomatic callers, using system-approved triage policies and protocols.What you will need:Current Minnesota RN Licensure and knowledge of specialty area.Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).Location:
