Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions (IMS) is the application of technologies to facilitate the automated exchange of data. Riveron specializes in connection of equipment, digital integration between machine and enterprise, and the visualization of real-time performance data to drive operational and financial improvement. This role will assist in the scripting and execution of plant floor technology as well as the management of key vendor relationships.Who You Are:
Bachelor's in electrical, mechanical, chemical, or related engineering field or relevant experienceMinimum 7 years of experience developing PLC controlled SCADA systems, preferably in the manufacturing industryMinimum 7 years of experience developing PLC programs, HMI screens, and SCADA systems2 to 4 years of experience working with Inductive Automations Ignition PlatformA working knowledge of IIoT and Industry 4.0 technologies and practicesAbility to manage time appropriately to meet project budgets and/or report up as necessaryAbility to manage multiple client engagements at any one timeStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent teamwork skillsProven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityAbility to work remotely and manage time/tasks independentlyYou have a passion for developing and maintaining client relationshipsYou get the job done and have fun doing itYou have experience working with large, imperfect data setsYou readily identify problems and instinctively look for solutionsYou demonstrate analytical rigor and strong written and verbal communication skillsYou thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic work environmentYou enjoy participating in internal and external company initiatives such as community service, training, recruiting, and firm eventsYou have the ability and desire to travel as required based on client locationWhat You'll Do:
Plan, design, program, and implement Industry 4.0 and IIoT focused technologyBuild applications that interface with PLC's, HMI's, Databases, and Cloud Ingestion endpointsWrite structured and well-documented codeDesign intuitive, easy-to-navigate, aesthetically pleasing user interfacesAct as the technical lead on projects and interface with technical clients regarding the solutionBreakdown the technical components of the projectCollaborate effectively with internal employees and contractorsProvide subject matter expertiseComplete other duties as assignedThe expected pay range for this position is $120,000 - $210,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible).
