$77,000-$87,000Job Summary:

The Director of Mental Health Services is responsible for overseeing Cornerstone’s mental health services, including therapy for survivors of sexual violence, domestic violence, and human trafficking. This role leads clinical staff, supervises the internship program, and manages services for sexually exploited youth. The Mental Health Director ensures trauma-informed care across all programs and actively contributes to program development.Experience/Qualifications:

Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fieldLicensed as LICSWMinimum 3 years of therapy experience and 1 year of clinical supervisionExperience with trauma-informed care and working with victims of violenceFamiliarity with electronic health records and billing processesValid Minnesota driver’s license and reliable vehicleEssential Functions:

Oversee the daily operations of mental health servicesProvide individual and group supervision to therapists and internsLead program development for mental health services, including intake, documentation, and therapy processesEnsure clinical staff adhere to professional standards and HIPAA complianceOversee electronic health record systems and billing processesMaintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with NASW Code of EthicsManage recruitment, training, and supervision of internsPrepare reports for funders and development staffProvide therapeutic services to clients across the lifespan, including individual, family, and group therapyConduct mental health assessments and facilitate support groups as neededCollaborate with external agencies to coordinate comprehensive care for clientsWork with other Cornerstone programs to deliver prevention, education, and intervention servicesDevelop relationships with community partners to enhance outreachLead training for clinical staff, interns, and the community on mental health topicsProvide onboarding and ongoing training for new therapists and internsPhysical Requirements:
