Our business is accelerating at such a rapid pace that we must continue to be a strategic partner to the business as we hire great talent. NexHealth is looking for a highly driven Recruiter to help us grow our teams. We have grown rapidly this year and are projecting even steeper growth for the second half of 2024. At this stage, we are focused intently on building processes that scale to exponential levels while maintaining a keen attention to cultural values in each of our candidates.

What You’ll Do

Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand NexHealth’s hiring needs to scale for exponential growth.Build a thriving and forecastable pipeline of high-quality candidates who are aligned with NexHealth’s values and mission.Attract high-performing candidates and communicate our vision and values throughout the interview process.Identify and source passive candidates using a variety of channels, online tools, and unique sourcing methods.Proactively manage the entire lifecycle of the candidate from source to close while providing an exceptional white-glove experience for each candidate and hiring manager.Track pipeline data and provide relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported.

What You’ll Bring

Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various projects.Experience partnering with hiring managers to hone their recruiting process & close candidates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.Self-directed, versatile, and adaptable to a changing environment while navigating ambiguous situations.Strong calendar management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Requirements

2+ years high-volume recruiting experience with a track record of building a thriving and forecastable pipeline.Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS.
