As an Attorney with our firm, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to protect the interests of policyholders. You will have the opportunity to handle diverse legal matters, provide strategic advice, and advocate for clients in negotiations and litigation.What You’ll Do:Client Representation:
Be the voice of policyholders, representing them in first-party property insurance matters such as coverage disputes, claim denials, and bad faith claims.Legal Expertise:
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to develop innovative strategies and stay abreast of evolving first-party property insurance laws, regulations, and precedents.Case Management:
Manage a diverse caseload of first-party property insurance cases, drafting legal documents, pleadings, and motions.Negotiation Skills:
Employ your strong negotiation abilities to engage with insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in insurance disputes.Litigation Excellence:
Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.Client Empowerment:
Provide clear and concise legal advice to policyholders, empowering them with the knowledge and understanding of their rights.Thorough Documentation:
Conduct meticulous review of insurance policies, claim documentation, and related materials.Collaboration:
