Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related fieldExperience working with ERP software, SAP is a strong plusProficient with Microsoft Office suite; Advanced knowledge in ExcelSolid knowledge of US GAAPPreferred 3-5 years of accounting experiencePrior experience with multi-states and branches a plusExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail & accuracyAble to work independently and meet financial deadlinesWork well under pressure and ability to multitaskYour Duties

Check job profits and losses during month-end close, follow up with Branch and NA accounting team to make sure costs and revenues are properly booked in the correct accounting period.Prepare journal entries and reconcile related GL accounts for Payroll posting, Vacation accrual, fringe benefits, etc.Compile and report monthly financial results and KPI's for CFO review and distribute to Management and Branch Managers.Coordinate with Accounting team and Austria Head Office accounting team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Work closely with NA accounting team to identify process improvement opportunities and assist CFO in improving and implementing new processes and procedures.Monitor and report to Management on Fixed Assets additions and disposals.All other responsibilities as assigned by manager.What We Offer
