Job Description:
Full-time
position overseeing the management of the assigned unit to ensure patient care meets high standards.
Requires a minimum of five (5) years clinical experience, including two (2) years in progressive management.
Technical skills include comprehensive patient care, team leadership, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, BSN required, Master's preferred.
License/Certification:
Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
Candidate Details:
With 5+ to 7 years of experience and seniority as a Director, candidates should possess solid management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and occasional travel flexibility.
Other:
Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
