We are looking to grow our well-established RIA firm and want a team player who is excited to be a part of a collaborative team.We are seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor who will be a highly motivated and achievement-driven individual wanting the opportunity to grow new client relationships. As the Senior Wealth Advisor, you will be responsible for collaborating with our Business Development Officer and other Advisors on specific growth initiatives. In this role, you will focus on prospecting leads into clients, working closely to develop relationships with our custodians, accountants, estate attorneys and other centers of influence.The Senior Wealth Advisor will generate and provide significant activity in the early and intermediate stages of the prospect process with a focus on closing new business along with servicing the relationship. An ideal candidate will already have an established client base.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this role successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty:Actively build and manage a pipeline of centers of influence (COIs) to generate referrals.Develop new client relationships through referrals of existing clients and other referral sources.Develop leads for new client base and referrals through outreach, marketing, and community involvement.Grow existing relationships by growing assets under management, identifying opportunities for more services, and identifying referral chances.Warm-call qualified leads to follow up on interest, invite to events, or pass to Wealth Advisors.Qualify leads and set appointments.For interested qualified leads, cultivate relationships, and set up face-to-face/Zoom meetings.Nurture leads – reach out to prospects periodically, as part of ongoing lead nurturing campaigns; provide them with information that they value.Serve as Senior Wealth Advisor to your clients seeking financial advice or planning needs.Apply industry knowledge to provide recommendations as a fiduciary.Document contact history in CRM records.Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIESTo perform this job successfully, the individual should have the following skills and abilities:Growth oriented professional with 5+ years’ experience, ideally in the financial services industry.Excellent oral communication skills with charismatic, resilient, persuasive positive demeanor.Strong work ethic, ability to achieve personal goals.“Hunter” mentality – relentless, able to not let rejection slow you down.Skilled at problem solving and prioritization.Team player – ready and able to collaborate with others to get the job done.Knowledgeable on investment and financial planning strategies for high-net-worth clients.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree from accredited four-year university.
