Glenwood Health Care is hiring a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) providing both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.
Position Summary:
Responsible for the overall management of a facility. Plans, develops, directs, monitors, and supports all operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, customer service, and fiscal activities for the facility's programs and services.
Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:
Georgia Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License
3 plus years experience
Overall operations knowledge
Excellent communication and managerial skills
Role model willing to work with staff to ensure quality services
Ability to problem solve concerns raised by residents, families, visitors, and staff
Solid work history within the healthcare community
Must meet all local health regulations, including criminal background investigation and reference inquiry
