Position Title: Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)
Aspire Lake Park is hiring a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to work at the facility providing both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.
Position Summary:
Responsible for the overall management of a facility. Plans, develops, directs, monitors, and supports all operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, customer service, and fiscal activities for the facility's programs and services.
Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:
Iowa Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License
3 plus years experience preferred
Overall operations knowledge
Excellent communication and managerial skills
Role model, willing to work with staff to ensure quality services are provided
Problem-solving skills for concerns raised by residents, families, visitors, and staff
Solid work history within the healthcare community
Must meet all local health regulations, including criminal background investigation and reference inquiry
